WHO IT SUITS
It suits those wanting seafood and meze with fasıl, an intimate table of friends or a place to host guests from abroad. Group-specific arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners and bachelor or bachelorette parties can be discussed.
HIGHLIGHTS
Fresh, filling meze, hot starters such as shrimp and octopus, and attentive owners are appreciated together. The entrance and seating area are wheelchair accessible; service continues until 01.00 Sunday–Wednesday and 02.00 Thursday–Saturday.
NOTE
Volume increases when live fasıl begins; earlier hours are better for quiet conversation. Those wanting to hear the music close up should ask about indoor and outdoor table positions when reserving. Since stopping and parking on the side street is difficult, guests walk from parking lots on the main avenue.
GETTING THERE
It is at Salihefendi Sokak 8A in Cihannüma. From Beşiktaş pier, the square or Barbaros Bulvarı, follow the market or Akaretler direction for about a 5–8-minute walk. Part of the route is uphill.
