BİAS brings a garden, restaurant, lounge, bar, and stage together in Koşuyolu as a multiroom food and entertainment destination. Kitchen-made syrups, seasonal fruit, and long infusions give its signature cocktails depth; live performances turn dinner into a social night.
Music & programme
Live Turkish pop, acoustic interpretations, and touches of jazz feature during performances; at other times, modern lounge and rhythmic bar playlists play. Live music runs Friday and Saturday evenings; some months add Wednesday shows and special tasting events. Sets generally begin around 9:30–10 p.m.

BİAS Kitchen & Cocktails' white terrace tables are enlivened by chairs with black-and-white patterns. Colourful vegetables, desserts and drinks add variety to the table. As the sky darkens, the small lamps become more noticeable. Indoors, beneath the glass ceiling, the floor is covered in square patterns, and the bar corners are as carefully arranged as the terrace.
