EDITOR'S REVIEW
Comedus is a boutique Asmalımescit business combining a wine shop, delicatessen and small wine bar. Local wines and regional cheeses and charcuterie make it a place for tasting and long conversations.
Soft, calm music stays behind wine and cheese tasting; there are no DJs. Even if the room gets livelier in the evening, the focus remains on wine at the bar and cheese at the table.
Small, slightly dim, warm and intimate. Few tables strengthen its boutique feel; window-side seats overlook the active Asmalımescit street.
A combined wine shop, deli and bar with more than 120 local boutique wines. Wines by the glass lean towards international grape varieties, while the bottle list is particularly strong; substantial cheese and charcuterie boards are central.
Local and international visitors interested in wine and cheese, adults who enjoy Pera's quieter stylish side, quick one-glass guests and people staying longer to taste.
Neat everyday clothes fit Asmalımescit's bohemian style: jeans, shirt, T-shirt and comfortable shoes. The small, warm bar does not require elaborate dress.
Comedus Wine Bar is a small wine and charcuterie shop that exudes the warmth of a family-run business. The experience—featuring cheeses and cured meats selected from the display case and served with olives and bread, paired with local wines and boutique beers—offers a personalized tasting journey. The staff's product knowledge and genuine recommendations are among the most praised aspects. The lack of a gluten-free bread option limits choices for some guests. There are also a few who find the price per glass high and the portions small, or who are dissatisfied with the communication regarding closing time. It is a venue with real character—ideal for sharing dishes and discovering new local producers.
