Many visitors appreciate Dark Room for its music, open-air party atmosphere, fast service, and the security team's intervention regarding disruptive behavior; groups of women, in particular, report feeling at ease. Other reviews, however, criticize the lack of clarity regarding prices or service charges, the failure to provide menus or itemized bills, concerns about drink quality, expensive coat check fees, and overcrowding in ticketed areas during events. The fact that the artists took the stage later than the announced time also caused dissatisfaction. Since the layout for concert nights differs from the standard setup, it would be wise for ticket holders to inquire about the venue and table arrangements in advance.
