GETTING THERE
It is on the ground floor of Çırağan Palace Kempinski on Çırağan Caddesi in Yıldız Mahallesi. It is about a 10–15-minute walk along the historic avenue from Beşiktaş pier or square. Taxis and private cars can reach the main entrance; there is a secure reception and paid valet service.
