It is within the Rixos Tersane Istanbul complex on Taşkızak Tersanesi Caddesi on the Kasımpaşa waterfront. It can be reached by taxi or car from the coast road, and the complex has parking and valet service. Follow the signs or ask hotel staff to find the lounge inside.
