It is inside Kalamış Marina on Münir Nurettin Selçuk Caddesi in Fenerbahçe Mahallesi. It is accessible by taxi or car from Kadıköy, Moda or Bağdat Avenue, and buses such as FB1 and FB2 towards Kalamış–Fenerbahçe stop near the marina. The complex has parking and paid valet service.
