EDITOR'S REVIEW
Despite its pub label, Keyf-i Virane feels closer to a warm bistro-meyhane, bringing meze, rakı, grilled dishes and live Turkish music to the same table. A stage close to the guests and nostalgic decor turn dinner into a sociable singalong.
Turkish folk music, arabesk, songs associated with Ahmet Kaya and emotionally charged Turkish songs define the live stage. Nostalgic and acoustic playlists fill the gaps. On selected evenings a singer or group performs music ranging from Ahmet Kaya interpretations to folk songs and arabesk. Match screenings may be added on game days.
Wooden tables, stone- and brick-effect walls, old objects, warm bulbs and nostalgic details by the stage give the room a homely feel. The compact space keeps performers close to guests, and tables often join in the songs.
A pub-bistro with live music, serving rakı and meze alongside grilled dishes and beer. Performer nights use a seated concert layout.
Adult couples listening to live Turkish music, friends sharing rakı and meze, birthday groups and Beylikdüzü residents who enjoy singing along to folk and arabesk songs.
Relaxed but neat dress suits the meyhane-pub mix: a shirt, knitwear, jeans, a simple dress or smart flat shoes work for a long dinner with music.
Keyf-i Virane Pub & Bistro is generally well-regarded for its warm, safe atmosphere, live music, and suitability for families or groups of friends. Regulars often highlight the attentive staff, cleanliness, and reasonable prices on ordinary days. While the mezes (appetizers) are generally successful, the taste, portion sizes, and service speed of the main courses are inconsistent. Several reviews strongly criticize practices on match days, such as the absence of a menu, price hikes, and the addition of a match-viewing fee to the bill that was supposedly not going to be charged. If visiting to watch a match, it is advisable to clarify all prices and extra charges in writing before ordering.

NOTE
A set menu may replace à la carte service on live-music nights. When booking, discuss the menu and how close you want to sit to the stage. Music feels loud in the compact room; choose a table farther from the stage if conversation matters.
