WHO IT SUITS
Is this venue right for you?
For Istanbul views with well-made cocktails, high-floor hotel service and a DJ atmosphere that can approach dancing on weekends.

Rooftops
Normal bar evenings need no ticket. Use the listed phone or the hotel's current booking channel for a terrace table or weekend visit. On private-event dates, confirm that individual guests are being admitted.
EDITOR'S REVIEW
On the 34th floor of Le Méridien Etiler, L'Eclipse pairs a 360-degree Istanbul panorama with cocktails, premium drinks and weekend DJ sets. The rooftop's terrace and private-event space make views from the Bosphorus to the FSM Bridge the focus of the night.
Sunset brings lounge, nu-disco and light house. Friday and Saturday DJ sets move into more energetic electronic dance music. Weekdays favour quieter lounge selections for the view and conversation. Corporate functions or private events can change the usual programme.
A contemporary indoor room of roughly 250 square metres and an open terrace of similar size face the surrounding city lights. Panoramic windows and the high-floor perspective make the interior airy; the terrace has uninterrupted views of Istanbul's skyline and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge corridor.
A top-floor hotel cocktail lounge combining a wide terrace, international snacks, champagne, DJ nights and facilities for private functions.
Hotel guests, couples planning a date with a view, professionals from Etiler and Levent, international visitors, cocktail and champagne enthusiasts and weekend DJ audiences.
Smart casual is expected: an elegant dress, shirt, blazer, tailored trousers or clean, polished city shoes suit the high-floor hotel bar.
L'Eclipse Bar stands out as a tranquil spot for a post-dinner drink, offering panoramic views of Istanbul from a high floor and a chic, dimly lit décor. With a music volume that allows for conversation and an uncrowded atmosphere, it appeals to those looking to relax with a view rather than visit a nightclub. Visitors have praised the friendly hotel staff, the barrier-free access from the entrance to the bar, and the extensive menu. Prices are considered standard for a high-quality hotel bar, though generally viewed as expensive overall. The terrace can get quite windy, and there is a noticeable temperature difference compared to the indoor area; dressing accordingly is recommended. Although the number of reviews is limited, there appear to be no recurring issues regarding service or product quality.
