EDITOR'S REVIEW
Latitude Bar on Le Méridien's lobby level serves good coffee and desserts by day, wine and cocktails by evening. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating works for anything from a business meeting to a quiet drink.
Soft lounge and light jazz play in the morning and afternoon, shifting to downtempo and gentle electronic music in the evening. There is no fixed concert calendar; low-volume lounge selections play through service. The content may change for private hotel gatherings or events.
A dramatic carved-wood ceiling, white leather armchairs, small glass-topped tables and a long illuminated bar give the room a contemporary hotel-lounge look. The outdoor area with large sofas feels airy by day and more private at night.
A lobby lounge serving illy coffee and pastries in the morning, then international wines and cocktails later in the day.
Le Méridien guests, professionals from Etiler and Levent, people working over coffee, business-meeting guests and couples seeking a quiet cocktail.
City casual by day and smart casual in the evening. Neat but comfortable clothes suit the hotel lobby; a formal suit is not required.
Located at the hotel entrance, Latitude Bar is a calm, stylish venue that operates as a café and restaurant during the day and a bar in the evening. Reviews highlight the Istanbul view, aesthetic atmosphere, cleanliness, fresh food, and the friendly demeanor of the staff. The menu is well-regarded, and most visitors found the service attentive and prompt; however, one review noted a long wait to place an order and described the service as very slow. As the number of reviews is limited and some lack detail, one should be cautious about drawing definitive conclusions regarding the general trend. Nevertheless, it comes across as a positive option for those seeking a view, a tranquil setting, and the comfort of a hotel bar.

HIGHLIGHTS
Early service, a menu spanning coffee and wine, easy lobby-level access, attentive hotel service, indoor and outdoor seats and pet-friendly use.
NOTE
Latitude is on the lobby level. Do not confuse it with the rooftop bars in the same hotel if you expect a high-floor view. The outdoor area is better for pets or a brighter table.
