EDITOR'S REVIEW
Sortie brings dining, cocktails and a nightclub together in a large open-air complex on the Bosphorus. Its Kuruçeşme views and distinct seating areas allow for two different evenings, from a quiet dinner to a high-energy night of dancing. The spacious waterfront setting and the mix of restaurant brands during the summer season are central to its character.
Lounge and ethnic sounds accompany dinner; later in the night, the music shifts toward commercial pop, house, R&B and guest DJ sets. Commercial house and pop-influenced dance tracks are the mainstay. The venue also hosts special nights with international DJs and event series. Music may differ for DJ sets, live performers or private events.
The broad terrace opens directly onto the Bosphorus, with dining tables along the water, sections separated by palms and other plants, and an open dance floor in the center. At night, the bridge and the lights of the Asian side form the backdrop, while stage lighting turns the waterfront into a lively club space.
A year-round club and dining complex on the Bosphorus waterfront, bringing restaurants, a bar and an open-air nightclub together. Different restaurants operate during the summer. In winter, the experience centers on Sortie Restaurant and the club.

Relaxed but polished clubwear suits the venue's evening atmosphere.
At Sortie, the waterfront and illuminated bridge form the view just beyond the tables. Hanging bulbs and a large chandelier complement the lit-up DJ booth. Under coloured lighting, dancing spreads around the tables. The quiet pleasure of sitting by the shore combines with the activity inside over the course of the same evening.
Sortie stands out in the majority of reviews for its Bosphorus and bridge views, spacious layout, restaurant atmosphere, mezes, main courses, and attentive service. It is noted as a delightful spot for dining and special celebrations—particularly on quieter evenings—with staff who take a keen interest in their guests. Opinions are divided regarding the nightclub section’s music selection and sound system; some visitors found the repertoire monotonous and the sound and lighting setups underwhelming given the venue's caliber. While prices are high, some feel they align with the prime location. Booking a table with a view and checking the evening's music program beforehand is recommended.

HIGHLIGHTS
Its location, Bosphorus views, established name and combination of dining and nightlife in one complex stand out among its strengths.
NOTE
Sortie operates differently by season: several restaurant options open within the complex in summer, while Sortie Restaurant and the club take the lead in winter. If you want a particular cuisine or restaurant, make the reservation for the specific section that is open, rather than simply booking under “Sortie.”
