EDITOR'S REVIEW
Run by siblings Ezgi and Onur Çiftçi with Chef Güney Demiray in its kitchen, Atlas Mühürdar 78 serves seasonal food in a 1920s Art Deco building. It appeals to guests who want to try dishes made from regional ingredients, such as Palestinian-style falafel and fava with fennel, paired with wines from local grapes amid works by young artists.

HIGHLIGHTS
The sourcing network and ingredient quality, extending to Konya Bozkır tahini, Antakya sun-dried tomatoes and sürk cheese, stand out. Chef Güney Demiray's falafel and hummus, the cellar bringing together wines from different regions of Turkey and the spirit of the 1920s building are further strengths.
NOTE
It is generally said to be closed on Mondays. The menu is not fixed; it is regularly refreshed with seasonal produce, so different visits may bring different dishes.
